Founding (as QUIBIQ Schweiz AG)
Founding of the Swiss branch by QUIBIQ GmbH and Tommy Bauhammer, who brought his integration expertise accumulated since 2003 into the new company.
Management Expansion
Management expansion: Remo Weber joins the company as a partner, bringing fresh impetus to the strategic direction of the Swiss branch.
Cloud Transformation & Process Monitoring
Shift in focus from Microsoft BizTalk Server to Microsoft Azure Integration Services (AIS) and the launch of our own tool suite for process monitoring. This laid the foundation from which our current flagships SYMON N:TERFACE DPM and NSYNC N:TIME have emerged.
Expertise in Supply Chain Visibility
By building highly complex EPCIS systems, we establish ourselves as reliable supply chain experts. Beginning in 2013 with the BizTalk-based data hub, our system evolved through migration to Azure (2021) into our current product NSYNC N:TIME. This innovative strength was recognized by the EHI Retail Institute with the "Top Supplier Retail" award in 2015 and 2022 in the "Best Enterprise Solution" category.
Management Buyout & Renaming
A milestone of independence: Tommy Bauhammer and Remo Weber take over the company as part of a management buyout. The company now operates as N:SYNC AG.
Integration Management Cockpit
We have significantly enhanced the performance of our process monitoring framework SYMON N:TERFACE DPM. In practice, the system has proven to be a powerful solution for the proactive monitoring of complex data flows and the optimization of operational processes. Our customers use this platform to gain operational transparency, which reduces manual intervention and ensures the long-term stability of their critical interfaces.
Focus on AI-Driven Integration
Our main focus is on the AI-driven migration from BizTalk Server to Azure Integration Services, automated and accelerated by our NSYNC BizTalk:Migrator. At the same time, we are driving the AI-driven integration of new interfaces on AIS with our NSYNC AIS:Generator to realize future-proof system landscapes.
